	Maintain 50 Everyday designs of Greeting Cards - all lines, place minimum orders and pay within designated terms
	- WE WILL -
	Give you a 10% discount on ALL GREETING CARDS we sell or distribute - including Comstock, Krack Up, Groovin' Grannies, Bananas & Cream and West Graphics. On novelty merchandise we sell or distribute, we will give you a 5% discount. Products include giftwrap, games, giftbags, invitations, notepads, coupon books & vouchers, lotions, massage kits and others...) All merchandise is eligble for returns up to 4 times per year - including seasonal merchandise**
	THAT'S IT! ...IT'S THAT SIMPLE!
	** All seasonal merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the selling period - January 26 for Christmas and March 15 for Valentines. Boxed cards and discontinued merchandise is not returnable!
